What we collect

When you submit an order request, Dune Tech stores your name, email, phone, delivery address, notes, selected items and order totals so we can process and fulfil your request.

How it is used

Order information is available through a protected Dune Tech dashboard. We may contact you about stock, delivery or payment. It is not published with product reviews.

Your private link

Your confirmation link lets its holder view the items, totals and status of your order. Keep it private. This browser may remember your recent order links; use a private browser on shared devices.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Ziina after stock and delivery confirmation. If a payment provider is connected, card details are entered in that provider’s secure form, not stored by Dune Tech. We share the order reference and payable total with the provider.

Customer accounts and support

Optional sign-in is provided by ChatGPT. We use your site account ID and email to associate orders and support conversations with your account. Guest checkout is also available. Support messages and contact details are stored privately so Dune Tech staff can review and reply. Email notifications are sent through our email provider. If you opt into AI assistance, your support messages and relevant public product information are processed by OpenAI to generate replies. We do not send your separate order records or account details to the assistant. You can choose human support instead. Do not include payment card details or passwords in messages.
